2. The scope of this assessment includes a defence in depth analysis, threat intelligence analysis, cyber footprint assessment, dark web analysis, exploit verification, and other areas as outlined below:
   1. Cyber footprint assessment;
   2. Dark web analysis;
   3. Exploit verification;
   4. Threat hypothesis and analysis;
   5. Proprietary compromise modules;
   6. Threat landscape;
   7. Baseline risk exposure;
   8. Attack surface.
3. Snode will use a combination of automated and manual techniques to assess your cybersecurity posture, including threat intelligence and dark web analysis. By agreeing to this assessment, you acknowledge that you are aware of the following:
   1. The engagement will be conducted in a passive mode and will act within the rules of engagements as set out in the limitation of scope and approach above.
   2. Snode will conduct both evasive and non-evasive discovery techniques.
   3. You will receive a report of our findings, including recommendations for improving your cybersecurity posture.
4. A debriefing session with relevant stakeholders will be conducted to discuss the report and answer any questions related to this scope.
5. By ticking "accept," you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and you hereby grant Snode permission to conduct this assessment.
6. CONSENT AND ACCEPTANCE
   1. By ticking "accept," you are confirming your consent to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed.
   2. You further provide Snode with consent to keep record of your personal information provided during this free assessment, such as your name, email address and/or telephone number provided for purposes of Snode’s internal governance purposes.
   3. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snode, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the assessment, any information provided during the assessment, or any breach of these terms and conditions.
